Our whole family got together for the annual sausage and horseradish making day! The fun started at 6:30 a.m. and lasted well past 3:30 p.m. We made over 500 pounds of sausage!
After the sausage making was finished, family and friends tried to withstand the rigors (torture!) of making fresh horseradish! Only a few made it without crying!
Our friend Char (left) did the best!
Fenja didn't do so well in stirring the freshly ground horseradish!
Our son and daughter, brother Mike (even grandpa) had to cry!
